Only open in summer, the Restaurant du Jardin invites you to take your lunch among exceptional surroundings. The tables are set on the terrace, by the heated pool, presenting guests with an astonishing spectacle: the alpine pastures and the peaks of the Les 2 Alpes resort at the heart of Les Écrins National Park. But this is not merely a treat for the eyes - the restaurant serves a colourful summer cuisine that will delight your taste buds too. On the menu, discover a selection of summer dishes: fresh melon with "Pata Negra" dried ham; mushroom risotto, summer truffles, parmesan; line caught shade fish, artichoke, aubergine caviar; roast lamb, pureed vitelotte potatoes, and French-style green peas. And to finish your meal on a satisfying, refreshing note: a cheese board selected by a "maitre ouvrier de France" (master French craftsman), and / or desserts such as caramel millefeuille, or lemon sorbet.
