Getting to Les Deux Alpes
Chalet Mounier is situated in the heart of the Deux Alpes resort, about 70 km from Grenoble.
By train
The nearest SNCF and TGV station is Grenoble, situated about 70 km from the hotel. From Grenoble coach station, you can reach
Les Deux Alpes by seasonal shuttle bus or taxi.
By plane
The nearest airports are:

Grenoble Alpes-Isère Airport, approximately 120 km away; ;

Lyon-Saint-Exupéry Airport, about 160 km away; ;

Geneva-Cointrin Airport, about 220 km away.
Shuttle, bus and taxi services are then available to take you to the resort. We recommend that you book your transfer in advance, particularly during busy periods.
By bus
There are regular services between Grenoble and Les Deux Alpes. Depending on the time of year, the journey may be direct or require a change at Bourg-d’Oisans. Direct seasonal shuttle buses are also available from Grenoble coach station.
Once you’re there, free shuttle buses will take you around the resort. You can check the timetables and locations of the shuttle buses in real time on the Les 2 Alpes app.
By taxi
Taxis are available to take you from railway stations and airports to Chalet Mounier. Our reception team can provide you with the contact details of our partners and help you organise your transfer. The fare depends on the pick-up point, the time of day and the number of passengers.
By car and parking
From Grenoble, follow the signs for Briançon and Le Bourg-d’Oisans via the RD 1091.
At the Chambon dam, take the D213 towards Les Deux Alpes.
Parking is regulated and subject to a charge at the resort during the winter and summer seasons.
Chalet Mounier can provide parking spaces, subject to availability:

in summer: €6 per vehicle per night; ;

In winter: a covered public car park located about a five-minute walk from the hotel, at a rate of €22 per night.
A drop-off point is available in front of the hotel’s main entrance.
We recommend that you book your parking space at reception before you arrive.
Accessibility for people with reduced mobility
The main entrance and reception area at Chalet Mounier are accessible to people with reduced mobility. The entrance door is wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair, and the reception area has a low reception desk.
The hotel has two rooms specially adapted to accommodate guests who use wheelchairs. Other rooms may also be suitable for guests who have difficulty walking but do not use a wheelchair. Please do get in touch with our team so that they can advise you on the room best suited to your needs.
The first two floors are served by a lift. The third floor, which comprises three bedrooms, is not accessible by lift.
The restaurant, bar and terrace are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The spa, located in the basement, is only accessible via a staircase and does not have a lift. The swimming pool is not equipped to allow wheelchair users to enter the water or use the facilities.
A drop-off point is available in front of the hotel’s main entrance. A parking space reserved for people with disabilities is also available at the rear of the hotel, near the lift.

How do I get there?
By car
Take Exit 8 (Oisans resorts), Briançon-Vizille. Continue towards Vizille, then take the D1091, following the signs for Briançon. At the Chambon dam, take the D213. Drive through the whole of the resort towards the Vénosc cable car.
By train
If travelling by train, the nearest station is Grenoble. It is 70 kilometres away.
By plane
By air, the nearest airports are Grenoble-Isère (120 km), Lyon-Saint-Exupéry (160 km) and Geneva (220 km).
