In the enchanting setting of Chalet Mounier, in the heart of Les 2 Alpes, in a beautiful room adjoining the P'tit Polyte gourmet restaurant, the hotel restaurant welcomes you for pleasant gourmet moments. First of all, you'll appreciate the warm ambience of the premises, whose contemporary, refined decor is a real invitation to well-being. You will also find it pleasant not to have to make a choice: here, there is no menu to choose from, except of course for the wine list. Every evening, the chef and his team passionately prepare an original menu based on fresh seasonal produce.

Every day, our chef creates a menu consisting of a starter, a main course and a dessert. Drawing on the seasons and the produce available, he crafts hearty, authentic dishes, prioritising short supply chains and local producers wherever possible. Originally from Haute-Savoie, he brings a touch of Alpine inspiration to his creations, whilst respecting the flavours of the Isère region. A gourmet experience that changes every day.
