A typical day: dawn to dusk

Discover a glimpse of your rejuvenating stay, where every moment is designed to enhance your well-being and reconnect you with your inner self. From awakening the body to delighting the senses, follow the thread of a harmonious day in the heart of the Alps.

8.00am - Morning yoga

Body awakening, stretching and postures accessible to all. A gentle session to start the day in harmony with your body and mind.

9.00 am - Balanced breakfast

Prepared by the team at Chalet Mounier's Michelin-starred restaurant to suit your mood and energy. Enjoy fresh, local produce in a warm atmosphere.

10.30am - Meditation walk

A 1h to 1h30 walk guided by your coach, combining breathing, movement and contemplation. Each step becomes a meditation in action.

12.30 pm to 3 pm - Free time

Lunch, swimming, reading or a siesta: a precious moment to recharge your batteries at your own pace, with no constraints or imposed programme.

15h00 to 17h00 - Breath & movement

Workshop in breathing and conscious movement, indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. Explore different breathing techniques to release tension.

5.00 pm to 6.30 pm - Relaxation & well-being

Take advantage of the spa area: swimming pools, sauna, steam room included in your stay. Optional: Cinq Mondes treatments and massages for deep relaxation.

7.30 to 9.00 pm - Gourmet dinner

Savour a moment of conviviality in the hotel restaurant or in the Michelin-starred restaurant (reservation required). Refined cuisine celebrating local flavours.
