Chef de partie tournant :

He or she is responsible for multi-skilling, replacing the chefs de partie at different positions in the kitchen as required, guaranteeing continuity and quality of production.

Pastry chef :

Responsible for making desserts and pastries, managing the sweet station and complying with hygiene and quality standards

Kitchen help :

Assists the chefs de partie in preparing the dishes, carries out basic kitchen tasks and keeps the kitchen clean.

Pastry chef :

Helps to prepare pastries, dress desserts and keep the pastry station clean and organised.
